Half Way through our Aluminium Calendar Coaster

Time appears to be flying as we are already heading to the halfway point on our anodised aluminium calendar coaster this month.

We start to print our anodised aluminium coaster from this time of year so that they are ready to send to customers throughout quarter 4.

Our coasters are the ideal way to keep your company name on your customers desk all year long. To make a calendar that is durable enough to be underneath a hot cup and also be cleaned regularly we must ensure that we manufacture the coaster with durability in mind. At GSM Online Label Sales we manufacture our coaster using anodised aluminium.

Anodising aluminium is the process of electrically charging the aluminium to open the pores of the metal. We then print the ink into the pores before sealing the aluminium to ensure that the ink detail printed is sealed beneath the anodic layer. This process ensures that the coaster can be subjected to some harsh environments yet still be legible enough to house intricate calendar dates.

These aluminium calendar coasters are provided as either a rectangle, circle or square design (the rectangular option has the calendar on) and is manufactured using 1mm thick aluminium with a baize backing.
