Serial Number Labels
Asset management and maintenance is a lengthy process. Why not try one of our standard yet customised serial number labels to help you out.
Where to Start
You can start the process by adding together the assets that you wish to tag and account for. Once a figure has been finalised you can decide how you will record these. For example, some companies wish to include a barcode on their serial number labels and therefore would require a barcode scanner to read the labels. Barcode scanners are generally handheld and can read and register barcode serial numbers quickly and efficiently.
What Material?
Produced as either an aluminium serial number label or plastic serial number label we offer a variety of materials and layouts depending on your requirement and application.
Polycarbonate serial number labels are manufactured using clear material that is then reverse printed to create a barrier to the UV ink and therefore making it a robust option for the use in outdoor applications.
Aluminium serial number labels are a robust option that can be used within many market industries because they are anodised. This means that the aluminium has gone through the process of electrical charging to open the pores of it. Our printers then print the required detail into the open pores and seal them so that the detail is protected by the anodic layer making the perfect option for a serial number label for use in harsh environments.
How to attach?
Our serial numbered labels are produced with ease of application and durability in mind so we can provide a solution for any serial numbering application.
The polycarbonate serial number labels come as standard with 3M 468 adhesive to the rear for ease of application.
With the aluminium serial number labels there is the option for either 3M 468 adhesive or fixing or rivet holes for you to chose from dependant upon your bespoke application.
