304 Stainless Steel Blanks

GSM Online Label Sales offers 1mm thick 304 Stainless Steel blanks for your in-house and on-site laser marking requirements.

These blanks are great for use in environments that are harsh and require more than an anodised aluminium label yet not harsh enough that a 316 stainless steel label is required. An environment such as the catering and refrigeration market would benefit from using 304 stainless steel.

With the added benefit of been able to mark the labels in house or on site it takes the pressure off pre-selecting information to be printed onto the labels. The labels are marked by using either a dot peen marking machine, laser marking machine or an engraving machine. These can be portable so it is possible to mark the labels on-site.

For your blanks you can select the finish of your laser marking label blanks from either a 240 Grit finish (brushed), a 2B finish (matt), or a Bright Annealed finish (shiny).

Choose your preferred method of fixing from either a high-performance 3M 468 self-adhesive tape, for easy application, or 3mm diameter fixing holes to enable your laser marked labels to be either screwed or riveted on.

Should you require rounded corners on the plates you order it is important to select this when ordering so that they are supplied with them rather than square cut corners.
